The company says those gains let its 38 — person Cloud Engineering team retrieve answers and publish knowledge updates far faster, improving troubleshooting speed and knowledge sharing.
Deployment began with an October 2025 pilot of a CloudOps Helper bot and moved rapidly: full deployment and a Chrome extension rollout were completed by November 2025. By February 2026 Aderant expanded Quick to create a Support Helper bot for the Product Support organization, extending AI-assisted workflows to 86 additional team members. The CloudOps Helper presents a single natural — language interface that pulls results from multiple internal knowledge systems.
The effort targeted a concrete operational problem: essential information was scattered across six disconnected systems, forcing engineers to jump between dashboards and documents. Manual searches previously took roughly 30 — 45 minutes per task while the team handled more than 200 support tickets and maintained around — the-clock global coverage, a combination that slowed incident response and risked missing critical context.
Beyond search, Aderant used Amazon Quick Flows to automate knowledge — base article creation with duplicate detection and a human — in-the-loop review step. That workflow shortened article production from one hour to 15 minutes while preserving editorial oversight. The company also deployed Amazon Quick Research for on-demand root-cause analysis and pattern discovery, using it to analyze bot usage across both CloudOps Helper and Support Helper to identify frequently queried topics.
On infrastructure and security, the implementation relied on pre-built integrations to connect the six major systems plus three MCP servers and used built — in access controls — Okta single sign-on and AWS IAM-so no custom access — control development was required. Aderant emphasizes that CloudOps Helper analyzes only internal operational and infrastructure data and that no client application or business data are accessed.
Aderant lists the internal sources the CloudOps Helper uses as Confluence, SharePoint, Git repositories, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and QuickSight dashboards, and says the dataset is limited to AWS infrastructure and CloudOps resources. The company attributes its measured operational improvements to the combination of a unified natural — language interface, automated flows, and targeted research tools that surface patterns and reduce manual effort.
