Amazon Bedrock announced the release of Claude Mythos, the latest artificial intelligence model from Anthropic, as well as the launch of AWS Agent Registry for managing AI agents and tools.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) introduced new artificial intelligence capabilities as part of the latest Amazon Bedrock update, including the announcement of Claude Mythos — a model from Anthropic available in scientific preview. This model offers solutions in the field of cybersecurity, allowing for the identification of complex vulnerabilities in software and effectively analyzing potential threats.
Claude Mythos is designed to assist security teams in the timely detection and remediation of vulnerabilities, preventing them from turning into serious threats. Access to the model is currently limited to certain organizations, with priority given to critical internet companies and those supporting open-source initiatives.
In addition to the new model, AWS also announced AWS Agent Registry — a centralized catalog for discovering and managing AI agents and related tools. This feature will simplify the search for existing resources and minimize duplication, providing the ability to search by semantics and keywords, as well as organizing workflows for approval and tracking through CloudTrail.
The launch of Claude Mythos and Agent Registry will significantly simplify the management of AI initiatives for organizations looking to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into their processes. The introduction of these tools addresses the growing need for a more transparent and organized ecosystem for AI developments, allowing companies to better control costs and enhance resource utilization efficiency.
