Anthropic announced on May 28, 2026 that it has raised $65 billion in a Series H financing that places its valuation at $965 billion. The round was led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks and Sequoia Capital. This infusion of capital is intended to accelerate the company’s growth and its ability to secure large — scale computing capacity for AI model development and delivery.
The financing package includes a previously disclosed $15 billion commitment from cloud providers, with $5 billion coming from Amazon. As part of the deals tied to the round, Anthropic reached agreements with Google, Broadcom and SpaceX to secure more than 10 gigawatts of computing capacity, underpinning its infrastructure needs for training and running large models. Strategic partners Micron, Samsung and SK hynix also participated in the financing. Anthropic says its Claude model is offered on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, expanding availability to enterprise customers and cloud users while tying the company more closely to major cloud and hardware providers.
