Now, with this mode, you can view websites and search results side by side, eliminating the frequent need to switch between tabs. This feature is already available in the US and will soon be rolled out to other regions.
AI Mode simplifies information retrieval by allowing users to open web pages next to search results. For example, if you are looking for a coffee machine for your apartment, you can immediately open the store's page for additional questions, such as the ease of cleaning the model.
Users will be able to explore sites related to their queries without losing interest in the topic being discussed. AI Mode processes clarifying questions in real-time, making the exploration process smoother and more efficient. Early testers noted that this significantly enhances focus when working with long articles and videos.
Additionally, AI Mode allows users to view recent tabs and add them to their search, which is convenient when researching topics like local routes. This enables the combination of different types of content to provide more personalized answers and recommendations.
Among other innovations are access to powerful tools, including image creation and drawing tools that can be used in the new 'plus' menu in Chrome. The updates are available for users in the US, and the company plans to roll them out to other markets soon.
