Hightouch reached $100 million ARR thanks to AI-powered marketing tools.

The startup Hightouch reported an increase in annual recurring revenue of $70 million just 20 months after launching its AI agent platform for marketers.

The startup Hightouch, which has been on the market for seven years, has reached the milestone of $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). This was made possible by the launch at the end of 2024 of a platform that allows marketers to create custom content without the need to hire designers and advertising agencies.

According to co-CEO of Hightouch Kashish Gupta, before the advent of generative AI, professional advertising materials could only be created by experienced specialists. However, Hightouch's solution surpasses standard AI capabilities: many brands have tried to generate advertising campaigns using generic models, but the results often did not meet their requirements.

To ensure brand compliance, Hightouch integrates with its clients' tools, such as Figma and content management systems. This allows the platform to "learn" from specific brand identities, using their images and designs to create personalized advertising campaigns. For example, Domino's will refer to its already used images of pizza instead of generating new ones.

Since the launch of its AI product, Hightouch has added $70 million to its annual revenue. In February 2025, its valuation reached $1.2 billion after a successful Series C funding round that raised $80 million led by Sapphire Ventures. The company currently has around 380 employees and continues to expand its services in the marketing technology sector.
