OPLOG has deployed a production business intelligence system made up of three autonomous AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, producing immediate business gains: a 35% reduction in sales cycle length, a 91% improvement in CRM data completeness, and a 98% reduction in manual research time. The agents provide real-time intelligence across the sales pipeline, data quality, and prospect research, turning delayed weekly analytics into near real-time operational signals that directly affect sales and analytics teams.
The three agents are domain — specific, run independently, and do not communicate with one another. The Deal Analyzer runs on a schedule to validate HubSpot deals against OPLOG’s sales methodology and posts completeness reports to Microsoft Teams. The Sales Coach reacts to HubSpot webhook events to enforce required fields and to create tasks for missing data. The Lead Insight agent triggers on new leads and scans public digital presence across six social media environments to surface prospect intelligence.
Technically, OPLOG developed the agents using the Strands Agents SDK and deployed them to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The implementation integrates Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet models and Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases to enable retrieval — augmented generation (RAG), allowing the agents to incorporate contextual knowledge from internal sources into their responses. The company’s public write — up includes architecture and implementation details for running these agents in production.
The agents pull data from previously siloed corporate systems: HubSpot CRM for pipeline data, Microsoft Teams and other communication systems for conversational context, and Databricks for operational metrics. Before deployment, OPLOG faced several operational pain points: daily hours spent assembling manual reports, inconsistent CRM entries from overloaded sales reps, and weekly analytics that missed roughly 60% of opportunities because deals advanced or stalled between reporting cycles. By bridging these systems, the agents deliver near real-time insights and replace reactive workflows with proactive alerts and enforcement.
OPLOG presents this deployment as a blueprint for builders: combining scheduled jobs with webhook — driven agents can enforce data quality, shorten cycle times, and eliminate repetitive research when connected to enterprise SaaS and data warehouses. The blog post documents the event patterns, business — rule validations, and architecture used in production to help other teams replicate similar BI automation on Bedrock AgentCore.
