Physical AI Expo North America will convene engineers, robotics leaders and enterprise technologists at the San Jose

Physical AI Expo North America will take place May 18 — 19, 2026 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, bringing together engineers, builders and AI pioneers working to put intelligence into machines. The two-day event unites global AI innovators, robotics leaders, enterprise technologists and next‑generation infrastructure providers to focus on turning AI research into operational systems — an agenda that matters as intelligent machines move from the lab into factories, vehicles and public services.

AI is rapidly moving beyond software into robotics, industrial automation and autonomous systems, and organizations across manufacturing, logistics, automotive and defense are investing heavily in systems that can sense, reason and act in real-world environments. That shift has created a race to operationalize “Physical AI” at scale, addressing the gap between experiments and production deployments.

The expo is designed to examine how those deployments happen: how teams integrate sensing, perception and decision — making into operations, how infrastructure and data platforms support compute — heavy workloads, and what enterprise strategies enable reliable, large‑scale rollouts. Organizers say the agenda will blend deep technical sessions with enterprise — scale deployment strategies to help attendees bridge prototype work and production realities.

Topics on the program include enterprise — scale Physical AI and robotics, autonomous systems and industrial automation, AI infrastructure, data platforms and compute, enterprise AI deployment and ROI, human — AI collaboration, AI reliability, transparency and safety, and developer tools and workflows for moving from prototype to production. Across the two days, attendees will hear case studies and lessons from global technology leaders on deploying Physical AI in production environments and tackling practical challenges around scalability, infrastructure, reliability and adoption. The event aims to map the technical and operational steps organizations must take to move intelligent machines from demonstration projects into sustained, real-world use.
